Eligibility Period	Achievements, project milestones, or campaigns cited must fall within the Eligibility Period defined for this edition, unless a category specifies otherwise (e.g., Lifetime Achievement, which considers a full career).
Nomination Process	Entries are submitted via the official online nomination form, accompanied by a PDF dossier as specified per category. Self-nomination, company nomination, and third-party/peer nomination are all accepted unless stated otherwise.
Regulatory Compliance	Where applicable, RERA registration/compliance is treated as a baseline eligibility gate, not a judging parameter - non-compliant entities are disqualified at the screening stage, before jury evaluation.
Judging Process	A two-stage process is recommended: (1) Eligibility & documentation screening by the Realty+; (2) Scoring by an independent jury of industry experts (developers, architects, consultants, and academicians) against the weighted criteria listed per category. Final scores are aggregated; ties are broken by jury chair discretion.

Completed Projects	Must have received the Occupancy/Completion Certificate within the preceding 3 years of the nomination deadline.
On-going Projects	Must be under construction with a minimum of 30% physical completion as on the nomination deadline, and must have been launched within the preceding 5 years of the nomination deadline.
Campaigns	Must have been conceived and executed (fully or predominantly) within the preceding 2 years of the nomination deadline.
Organisation / Company Categories	Entity must have a minimum of 5 years' operating history as on the nomination deadline. This is standardised across all organisation/company categories, including those previously set at a lower (3-year) threshold.
Individual / Professional Categories	Unchanged - governed by the years-of-experience thresholds specified in each category's own eligibility criteria. These are career-based, not project- or organisation-based, and fall outside the scope of the timeframe rules above.
